Theia acquires 10.1 MWp operational ground mounted Solar PV plants in Sardinia
Theia Investments has successfully completed the acquisition of a vehicle company owning two Solar PV plants, for a total of 10.1 MW in Sardinia.
Orrick -led by partner Carlo Montella, assisted by senior associate Marcello Montresor, of counsel Celeste Mellone, together with Edoardo Mencacci and Martina Mangano- acted as Theia’s legal advisor.
DLA Piper with a team lead by partners Giovanni Ragnoni Bosco Lucarelli, Germana Cassar and Giulio Maroncelli, assisted by Gianmarco Scialpi and Martina Antonelli – for transactional aspects – and by Alessia Marconi and Mattia Malinverni – for regulatory aspects acted as Seller’s legal advisor.
REA acted as technical advisor, with a dedicated team led by Barbara Paulangelo and Chiara Graniti.
Notary Carlo Munafò oversaw the stipulation of the notarial deeds relating to the operation as well as the preliminary and subsequent formalities thereof.
