Theia acquires 3 MWp operational Solar PV plant on greenhouses in Sardinia

Theia Investments has successfully completed the acquisition of a vehicle company that owns a photovoltaic system on agricultural greenhouses in operation 3 MW in Sardinia. Orrick -led by partner Carlo Montella, assisted by senior associate Marcello Montresor, of counsel Celeste Mellone, together with the of counsel Giovanni Leoni, the managing associate Camillo Melotti Caccia, and the trainee Francesco Ghiglione- acted as Theia’s legal advisor.

Moroni&Partners acted as technical advisor, with a dedicated team led by technical manager Sara Basile.

Studio ICFC assisted Theia in relation to the aspects of financial, fiscal and accounting due diligence with a team led by the partner Enrico Calabretta.

Notary Carlo Munafò oversaw the stipulation of the notarial deeds relating to the operation as well as the preliminary and subsequent formalities thereof.
