Theia acquires 1.99MW operational Solar PV Portfolio

Theia Investments has successfully completed the acquisition of two PV plants with mono-axial trackers, totalling 1,99 MWp, located in Umbria region of Italy. The sale was achieved through the transfer of 100% the shares of a single SPV.

Theia Investments Team commented: "This acquisition is highly additive to our portfolio both in terms of technological and geographical diversification. This latest transaction is the fifth acquisition of the year for Theia who report a strong pipeline of opportunities at various stages of evaluation.
