Theia acquires 1 MWp operational Solar PV plant

Theia Investments has successfully completed the acquisition of a 1 MWp, located in Umbria, Italy. The sale was achieved through the transfer of 100% the shares of a single SPV.

Theia Investment Team, commented: "With this acquisition we have made another important step towards the consolidation of our PV portfolio. THEIA: Backed by institutional investors, Theia was established to acquire operating solar projects with an initial focus on Italy.

This latest transaction is the 6th acquisition of the year for Theia who report a strong pipeline of opportunities at various stages of evaluation.
