Theia acquires 2.5 MWp Solar PV portfolio

Theia Investments has successfully completed the acquisition of a portfolio composed by four roof-mounted Solar PV plants with a capacity of circa 2.47 MWp, located in Tuscany and Umbria, Italy. The sale was achieved through the transfer of 100% the shares of a single SPV.

THEIA: Backed by institutional investors, Theia was established to acquire operating solar projects with an initial focus on Italy.

This latest transaction is the 7th acquisition of the year for Theia who report a strong pipeline of opportunities at various stages of evaluation.
