Theia acquires 1 MWp operational Solar PV plant

Theia Investments has successfully completed the acquisition of a 1 MWp, located in Apulia, Italy. The sale was achieved through the transfer of 100% the shares of a single SPV.

Theia Investments Team, commented: "This is the first acquisition of year 2021 and we are already planning to close further deals in the next few weeks. We’re glad to have been able to preserve the momentum after the sequence of various deals closed during Q4 of 2020. We would like to express our gratitude towards the seller, represented by mr.
