Theia acquires 1 MWp roof-mounted operational Solar PV plant

Theia Investments has successfully completed the acquisition of a 1 MWp rooftop plant, located in Piedmont, Italy. The sale was achieved through the transfer of 100% the shares of a single SPV.

Theia Investments Team, commented: "Often single-megawatt rooftop installations are disregarded by the market, because the potential risks can at times outweigh the advantages. With the valuable help of the advisory team -composed by Grimaldi, BIT and ICFC- we have been able to neutralize the potential risks and successfully conclude the deal, with mutual satisfaction of the parties involved".
