Theia acquires 3 MWp Solar PV portfolio in Apulia

Theia Investments has successfully completed the acquisition of three PV plants located in Apulia, for a total power of approximately 3MWp. The sale process was coordinated by the advisor MFZ and Partners, led by Marcello Molino and Fabio Zerbini, and supported by Federica Guerra.

Theia was assisted by an advisory team composed by Orrick (legal), Kiwa Moroni (technical), ICFC (tax and finance). Notary Carlo Munafò oversaw the stipulation of the notarial deeds relating to the operation as well as the preliminary and subsequent formalities thereof.
